Why.... mykindofeggs???
Its a simple story of a twisted girl.. who doesn't know her own mind... and so she keeps running away from her wedding..
Well the reporter.. hero ... asks the same ques to all her ex's & to her current fiance ... "wht kind of eggs does she like?"... its diff with each person....
If you've seen the movie you wud've understood... :)
My point here is this...
What I write in this blog is my perspective, my viewpoint, it is not about the 'right' thing.
So I'd be happy to hear your point of view... :)

Georgia Rules
Saw the movie Georgia Rule yesterday….. and it makes me wander once again ….. how similar all societies actually are…
Traditionally even the Britisher’s had a lot of family values… rules & regulations.. do’s & don’ts…. The institution of marriage was taken seriously, there would be a right thing to do.. and the right way to do things, mannerism was taken seriously & not a thing to be laughed at…
But what stuck me most … was a person’s inhibition to say ‘I love you’, to hug or to show any sign of affection towards their own family….
This is something that has been on my mind for sometime now…
In today’s world.. where we go around hugging strangers… and “love u’s” are exchanged at the drop of a hat… how many of us are comfortable saying “I love you mom/dad”, or holding their hands or hugging them..
I for one am not… for me it was a conscious decision, effort to hug my mom… coz by then I realized that its not just me who’s loosing …. & disliking the fact that I do not get a hug from my mom does not help… wht did help was realisingthe fact that she’s also at loss & helpless towards the stupid system that stopped her from showing signs of affection towards her kids….
Actually… as I type this there’s another thought that came to my mind… all the rules that mom’s keep drilling down their’s children are nothing but their way of saying they care…. But alas a child does not understand…… all he sees is that he’s not good enough…
Society’s change .. people change.. and its upto us to take what’s good from these traditions.. and change what is not…
They were not perfect… neither are we….
